People lined up and waited all day to
get thier
chance to ride the line. Every ride was sold out
way ahead of time!

The Belleville Library Park in the background
is listed
in the National Register of Historic Places. The Library
was on one floor and the village jail was on the other.
Mothers who's children went to the library were always
concerned that their children would see jail inmates
which might corrupt the little ones.
